Entry to House of Arts is paid. Memberships start from AED 65.
A range of membership options are available for visitors, artists and families. Entry is free for people of determination plus one companion, and children under the age of three.

4. How can I purchase a membership or tickets for events at House of Arts?
Memberships and event tickets can be purchased in person at the entry kiosk or online at www.Visit.HouseOfArts.com
Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard. Cash is not accepted.
Digital membership cards and event tickets are sent by email and can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on a compatible mobile device.
5. Are all House of Arts events and programmes included with membership?
Membership benefits vary according to the type of membership. Some workshops, events, screenings and special programmes may require separate registration or an additional ticket.

House of Arts is located on Unity Avenue (formerly Sunrise Avenue) in the Opportunity District at Expo City Dubai.
It is approximately a five-minute walk from Al Wasl Plaza and a twelve-minute walk from Dubai Exhibition Centre and Expo 2020 Metro Station.

15. Where is the closest parking?
The closest visitor parking is Expo City C3 Parking. Visitors arriving by car are advised to follow signs for C3 Parking at Expo City Dubai.
Other parking locations are available across Expo City, with Taxi Buggy services providing transport between locations.

Yes. House of Arts is fully accessible to people of determination, with step-free access and accessible facilities.

Yes, children and families are welcome at House of Arts. Visitors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The nearest Dubai Metro station is Expo 2020 Metro Station. House of Arts is approximately a twelve minute walk from the station.
House of Arts is located on Unity Avenue in Opportunity District, Expo City Dubai.
20. Is taxi or ride service drop off available at House of Arts?
Yes. The nearest drop off point is at C3 Parking, Expo City Dubai.
From C3 Parking, use the House of Arts location for directions to the venue.
21. Can I take photographs inside House of Arts?
Personal photography is welcome at House of Arts.
Photography restrictions may apply to particular exhibitions, artworks, performances or events. Please follow the signage and guidance provided by the House of Arts team during your visit.
Professional or commercial photography or filming, including the use of professional equipment, requires prior approval.

22. Can I bring food or drinks into House of Arts?
Food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibition rooms, with the exception of bottled water. Food and drinks may be enjoyed in common areas, including the courtyard and The Third Place.
23. Are prayer facilities available near House of Arts?
Prayer facilities are available within Expo City Dubai.
Please ask a member of the House of Arts team for directions to the nearest prayer room during your visit.
24. What should I do if I lose something at House of Arts?

25. Can I bring large bags or luggage into House of Arts?
Large bags, suitcases and bulky items may not be permitted inside the exhibition rooms. House of Arts does not currently provide a public cloakroom or luggage storage service.

Please do not touch artworks or displays unless they are clearly identified as interactive.

Only trained assistance animals are permitted inside House of Arts.
