Regional voices find a new creative home
House of Arts exists to tell untold stories from the Arabian Gulf, empowering regional voices on a global stage.

Inaugural Exhibition: Interwoven
Across the Gulf, weaving has long been a language of connection. Threads once carried the rhythm of tide and horizon, shaped by the hands that moved between them. Interwoven brings together contemporary artists and designers who draw from this heritage, composing a shared tapestry of memory and belonging. Here, fibre becomes spirit, gesture becomes story, and tradition is carried forward through the act of making together.
Memberships
A home for GCC artists, creators, and cultural supporters.
Memberships are a contribution to this collective space and an entry into a world of learning, collaboration, and creative exchange. House of Arts is newly opened in Expo City Dubai as a creative home that brings together artists, creators, and cultural practitioners from across the Gulf region.
Becoming a member is not only a contribution to this growing artistic community, but also a gateway to unique opportunities: access to masterclasses and workshops, invitations to collaborative programmes, and the ability to reserve or create your own corner within the open studio spaces.
Through memberships, every artist becomes part of shaping House of Arts into a shared, living platform for creativity, dialogue, and cross-cultural exchange.

Participating Show
Art Dubai x Khalid Al Banna
Art Dubai, in collaboration with House of Arts, is pleased to present two major sculptural installations by Emirati artist Khalid Al Banna as part of the Art Dubai Special Edition.
Originally commissioned by House of Arts for Dhai Dubai, these large-scale works are re-presented as landmark installations across the fair, and in the surrounding outdoor landscape. Operating as spatial markers—at once architectural and open—they balance mass and void while inviting movement, interaction and encounter.
Together, the installations frame a dynamic dialogue between interior and exterior space, foregrounding the presence and impact of Emirati artistic practice within this year’s edition.
On View 15–17 May 2026 at Madinat Jumeirah.

Participating Show
Noor Al Suwaidi's Solo Exhibition
Emirati artist Noor Al Suwaidi presents her first institutional solo exhibition "The Sky Forgets, the Heart Remembers" at Maraya Art Centre showcasing new works produced at House of Arts, as part of the artist in residency programme.
Deep maroon walls hold the paintings in a state of quiet intensity, while the architecture of the space has been softened. Surfaces are sanded and corners eased into gentle curves. The room no longer insists on edges. Instead, it moves with a quieter rhythm that echoes the sensibility of the works themselves.
Noor's practice unfolds in a space where colour becomes a language of joy, and each piece carries a quiet story waiting to be seen and felt.
On view 26 April – 30 July 2026 at Maraya Art Centre.
